This benefit is available to all staff members across Australia, with services delivered by RAC WA through arrangements with NRMA, RACV, RACQ and AANT.

Refer and Earn program

Employee referral program
As part of our approach to recruit the most skilled and qualified individuals, current employees can refer a friend, family member or colleague for an advertised position and be eligible to receive a $500 gift voucher.

Employee Assistance Program
St Ives Home Care provides all team members and their immediate family members with access to free, independent and confidential counselling services through our employee assistance provider.
Providing free access to professionally trained psychologists and social workers, this program supports team members in times where they or their family members may need the support of professional counsellors, or just the opportunity to speak to a someone who will listen confidentially.
Home Care Connect
Every St Ives Home Care support worker across the country is equipped with a Samsung Galaxy smartphone (free work calls included) which comes pre-loaded with our customised app – Home Care Connect. This app has allowed us to do away with all paper-based communications and delivers live information about shifts, meals, tea breaks and rosters providing a safer and more efficient service delivery environment for staff, clients and their family members alike.
